B.R.I.D.G.E is a company-sponsored program designed to encourage individuals to become involved in the community and give them the opportunity to contribute financially to organizations that they are passionate about.

How does BRIDGE work?
Our employees may volunteer at any type of institution or agency, or proved community service of any type that is not directly related to a political party or office. Gelato Paradiso BRIDGE then contributes $20 for each hour of volunteer/community service that the employee completes up to 12 hours per fiscal year. Employees decide where half of the annual contribution goes and the remaining half is allocated based on decisions made by a committee of volunteers. We believe the combination of our company’s resources with the energy of our team will produce extraordinary results for our communities.
